  1. 1 Working as described — core features verified with a demo or test account.
  2. 2 Genuinely AI — the core value must come from real AI models/automation, not resale or manual work.
  3. 3 Accurate listing — description, plans and deliverables match what is actually provided.
  4. 4 Reliable operation — order fulfillment and response times meet the bar over the last 30 days.
  5. 5 Rights & licensing — output licensing disclosed, no third-party infringement.

Valid for 12 months, re-reviewed on renewal
Refund policy for declined applications is not final

Does the certification survive major changes to the service?
Major changes to core features or deliverables may trigger a re-review. Details are not final yet.

Yes — they are independent and can be obtained separately or together.
